Business Writing Courses - Online Personal Training

Do you need to improve your written English, or learn skills such as copywriting, speechwriting or business journalism?

My personalised training programmes can help you make rapid progress. Prices are reasonable and delivery is via phone and email - so you can learn from anywhere in the world.

My clients usually fall into three categories:

  • You spend a lot of time writing emails, memos, reports, speeches and presentations. Perhaps you'd also like to contribute articles to your trade or in-house magazine. Either way, you're worried that your English isn't up to scratch.

  • You run a business and write your own sales copy, press releases and product descriptions. You'd like to improve them.

  • You would like to earn all or part of your income from copywriting or journalism. You have a natural ability with words, but you need to learn some tricks of the trade.
  • I'm an experienced copywriter and business journalist and - unlike most of my competitors - a fully qualified and experienced English teacher. There's more information on my bio page.

All my programmes are individually tailored to your needs. As far as possible, I design training modules around real projects that are part of your job or business. Find out more about how I work here.

    What my clients say...

'By the third module of Bill's course, my internal customers had already remarked on how my copywriting / editing had dramatically improved. The course was as flexible as I liked, a lot of fun and Bill's advice and guidance was spot on. No boring manuals to read - just total one-on-one learning. Thanks Bill!'

'Bill's course was a revelation! The level of detail he goes into is really refreshing and offers so many benefits. The modules aren't too long, but because they're personalised and extremely in-depth it's easy to get a lot out of them.

'The ideal solution for someone who needs to learn fast to benefit their career like I did.'
